Paul has deep roots in multifamily real estate through Kalt Property Management, founded by his parents Sam and Illona in 1962. His portfolio includes ownership and management of hundreds of apartment units across Southern California, and since 2021 he has extended his footprint to Dallas with the acquisition of an additional 500 units.
Michael has extensive experience in acquisitions, repositioning, and operations. As Chief Operating Officer at The Standard Oil Investment Group, he was responsible for property development activities including brokering, financing, repositioning, and stabilizing the group's portfolio. He has completed over $500 million in real estate transactions in California, serving as project director for numerous acquisitions — including the overhaul of a 40,000-square-foot commercial property in Los Angeles.
Jonathan brings over 20 years of financial investment experience as a wealth management advisor and real estate entrepreneur. He served as an Options Market Maker on the American Exchange on Wall Street, the Pacific Exchange in San Francisco, and the Chicago Board Options Exchange, and worked in investment management at Merrill Lynch. He completed the CFA Level-II exam and received his law degree from the University of Arizona, where he served on Law Review and earned a B.A. in Mathematics and Economics.
Adam is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience. He is integral to the firm's expansion, with roles spanning acquisitions, investor relations, capital raising, and overall business development.
