Upside Capital Holdings owns and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties in Los Angeles, CA and Dallas, TX. Rather than hand our buildings to an outside general contractor, we built our own in-house construction team — 70 years of combined experience — so we can mobilize quickly and hold the standard ourselves.
That keeps everyone here close to the outcome. Over the past two years the team has renovated more than 250 units, most of them in buildings from the 1960s and 1970s, and every one of them is somebody's home.
