The Ace is located within Dallas' Midtown Park redevelopment area at the corner of Meadow Road and Manderville Lane. Since 2004, developers have rebuilt nine blocks along Meadow Road and Manderville Lane just east of US Highway 75, north of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. More than 2,500 aging apartments were demolished to make way for new construction, and developers including Wood Partners, Hanover Cos., Embrey Partners, Hines, Fairfield Residential, and the Kroenke Group have since built thousands of new apartments and homes on the 83-acre Midtown Park site.
